Tennis

I have been playing tennis for around two year now on and off mainly due to covid restrictions. Playing tennis every week with my brother to help us let off steam and have a good bonding time together has been something I really enjoy. Learning tennis has shown me that repetition is the only way you can get good at something, the more times I do it the better my shots will become. I incorporated this into my daily life to practice certain activities or areas I really would like to develop and have it as muscle memory. An example of repetition I used outside the court for myself was for my English, for a long period of time my story writing was not so good, so what I would do is find prompts online and write stories and slowly I got the hang of writing stories and being able to create a suspenseful and interesting story.
